The plugin won't intermediately return after remote job is done, especially long-run jobs.

I fix this by adding the time stamp as a parameter in the api query.

Also, the original query loop did one extra-query at the beginning when the build status string is "not started".

I put the getBuildStatus behind the sleep interval.
