Welcome to the zabbix2zendesk wiki!
The script authenticates against the Zendesk API with a token since this is not changed when the agent changes his/her password.
On your Zendesk administration page go to Channels -> API, enable token access and create an API token.
Insert the Zendesk connection parameters as global macros in Zabbix under Administration->General->Macros (select)
