Seems they all end in Windows line terminators
So I can do make CC=g++-10
Since the standard change, we now want to avoid these annoying warnings about the copy/assignment operator; https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=58407

However, I have just realised I first had to run dos2unix on the two main files! I guess if your a Windows developer, this isn't ideal! Feel free to cherry-pick of course. Or ignore entirely ;)
