Fallout Complete Theme for Ubuntu

It sets the Fallout Theme to the Grub loader, the boot process (Plymouth), the background, and the login background.

Installation

Download via Git or as a Zip:

git clone https://github.com/n0nuser/fallout-theme.git

Just run:

cd fallout-theme
chmod +x falloutSetup.sh

And execute it as super-user:

sudo ./falloutSetup.sh

Then reboot and verify the changes!
