FIX: Hide lock icon with parent category name - #20

Move the check & icon if the parent is protected to inside the if statement to check whether the parent is protected at all. This fixes the issue if the parent is protected but the name is hidden, leaving 2 lock icons.

If
show_parent_category_nameis disabled, the sub-category name would have 2 lock icons instead of 1. This places the parent category's lock icon within the parent category name.
