Unngår med dette at frontend må køyre autentiseringskall for både sak og tilbake når full (re)autentisering skjer. Blir meir effektivt og mindre komplisert frontend kode.

Behov / Bakgrunn
Fram til no har frontend måtte åpne et separat popup vindu for både ung-sak og ung-tilbake når session cookie skulle etableres/fornyes.
Dette førte til unødvendig ventetid og kompleksitet i frontend.
Løsning
Oppretter session cookie for ung-tilbake direkte når cookie for ung-sak er oppretta.
Unngår med dette at frontend må køyre autentiseringskall for både sak og tilbake når full (re)autentisering skjer.
