Description
This reusable GitHub Action automates the creation of a Jira Story and its associated Sub-task during a CI/CD workflow. It is intended to be triggered via workflow_call by other repositories during events such as pull request merges. The Jira issue is created in a specific project and linked to a predefined Epic.
