With netobserv/flowlogs-pipeline#1203, FLP can now enrich from secondary networks without requiring explicit network names configured. With that change, the operator can configure FLP to auto-detect secondary networks. When agent is privileged, turn on this auto detection.

Description

When agent is privileged, turn on this auto detection.
The secondary network "name" field is now deprecated & unused.
