Part of #233, split out of #287.

Adds five enums to brainhops.datamodel.enums:

  • SpaceEnum: the BIDS template spaces;
  • IntentEnum: the 44 NIfTI intents, with their codes;
  • Manufacturer;
  • IlluminationType;
  • ContrastMethod.

Every member is listed in a grid table in the docstrings. To render those tables, this also enables the markdown_grid_tables extension in zensical.toml; the package was already a docs dependency.

Nothing uses the enums yet; the metadata vocabulary does, further up the stack.

SpaceEnum (the NIfTI xform codes, the BIDS templates and the BIDS
non-standard spaces), IntentEnum (the NIfTI intents), Manufacturer, and
the OME IlluminationType and ContrastMethod. They list the known values
of fields that stay free text: a value outside the list is kept as a
string.

The SpaceEnum table is a grid table, so the docs enable the
markdown_grid_tables extension (already a docs requirement).
