상행 종점이 상행역인 구간을 먼저 찾는다.
그 다음, 해당 구간의 하행역이 상행역인 다른 구간을 찾는다.
2번을 반복하다가 하행 종점역을 찾으면 조회를 멈춘다.


          feat: 역 사이에 새로운 역을 등록할 경우 기존 역 사이 길이보다 크거나 같으면 등록을 할 수 없음

Atomic 클래스를 사용하신 이유가 있을까요? 동시성 문제가 없는 걸로 보이네요
각 메서드들이 이 변수에 의존하는 로직을 만드신 것 같네요. 외부 조건에 의존하지 않는 독립적인 메서드로 만들 방법은 없을까요?

ifPresent는 예외 처리할 때 사용하지 않습니다.
orElseThrow로 적용해보시기 바랍니다.

for, if로 이어지는 2뎁스 코드들이 보이네요

1뎁스만 사용하도록 메서드를수정해보시고
메서드를 10줄 이내로 줄여보세요.

else if를 사용하지 않도록 바꿔보시기 바랍니다. else if가 많아지면 코드 복잡도가 올라갑니다.
dto로 값을 전달할 때 외에는 getter를 사용하지 마세요. section 객체 내부에서 처리하도록 코드를 수정하면 line 클래스의 복잡도를 낮출 수 있을겁니다.
