Summary

Added an Overview Page to the TeamsView, that displays the team's selected team-aware widgets. It uses the public
NcDashboardWidget and NcDashboardWidgetItem components and shows the Widgets exposed by the TeamDashboardApiController of the server repository.
Team owners and admins can use Customize dashboards to choose the widgets shown to all members. The custimized selection is stored in the circle's teamsDashboardWidgetIds setting.
