Now that we have a skeleton of the checksum validation (#31), let's add another column to the samplesheet that can include a CSV/TSV with one file with path to files, relative to source directory, and checksums.

Let's add two pipeline test cases with a 'correct' checksum and an incorrect one.
We can later decide if we want things in the samplesheet or as individual parameters (such as --input_source_directory and --input_checksum_tsv.
