• What I did: Architected a 3-domain ecosystem (Public Web, LMS, Admin) with Shared Authentication (SSO). Designed the business logic tailored for all 3 primary system actors: Admins, Instructors, and Students.

• Role: Project Manager & System Analyst - Founder
• What I did: Formulated Hybrid Database Isolation Strategies and custom domain mapping for a multi-corporate SaaS infrastructure. Established the project foundation from scratch, organizing workspace structures and visible Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) within Jira.

• Role: Product Owner / Business Analyst / Data Analyst
• What I did: Analyzed and modeled retail POS checkout operations, multi-relationship inventory tracking, and formulated the architectural specs for SMS Gateway APIs to deliver real-time operational notifications to business owners.

• DevOps: Capable of configuring network infrastructure and setting up staging/development environments.
• Framework Infrastructure Architecture: Deep understanding of request lifecycles, module architecture, authentication mechanisms, and source code optimization for modern backend and frontend systems.
• System Deployment: Experienced in configuring Cloudflare services (Tunnels, Zero Trust, SSL), setting up Docker virtualization environments, and automating server operations from local development to production.

Xin chào mọi người, mình là Minh. Hiện đang là sinh viên năm thứ 3 chuyên ngành Kỹ Thuật Phân Mềm tại Đại học Kinh tế Quốc dân - NEU (National Economics University). • Tài liệu & Sơ đồ hóa: Tài liệu đặc tả BRD, SRS, System Mapping, Sơ đồ UML (Use Case, Activity, Sequence Diagram).

• Công việc: Thiết kế giải pháp hệ sinh thái 3 tên miền (Public Web, LMS, Admin) sử dụng Cơ chế xác thực tập trung (SSO). Xây dựng logic nghiệp vụ dành cho cả 3 Actor chính là Admin, Instructors và Students trong hệ thống.

• Vai trò: Project Manager & System Analyst - Founder
• Công việc: Thiết lập cấu trúc hạ tầng cô lập Database hỗn hợp (Hybrid Database Isolation) và điều hướng tên miền động cho mô hình phân phối SaaS. Khởi tạo dự án từ con số 0, thiết lập không gian làm việc và bảng phân rã công việc (WBS) chuẩn chỉnh trên Jira.

• Vai trò: Product Owner / Business Analyst / Data Analyst
• Công việc: Phân tích và mô hình hóa luồng thanh toán tại quầy (POS), quản lý vòng đời hàng hóa kho bãi, đồng thời thiết lập đặc tả API tích hợp hệ thống SMS Gateway gửi thông báo doanh thu tự động cho nhà quản lý.

• DevOps: Có năng lực cấu hình hạ tầng mạng và thiết lập môi trường phát triển.
• Cấu trúc hạ tầng Framework: Hiểu sâu về vòng đời Request, kiến trúc Module, cơ chế xác thực và cách tổ chức mã nguồn tối ưu của các hệ thống Backend/Frontend hiện đại.
• Triển khai hệ thống (Deploy): Có kinh nghiệm cấu hình dịch vụ Cloudflare (Tunnels, Zero Trust, SSL), thiết lập môi trường ảo hóa Docker và tự động hóa vận hành server từ môi trường local lên production.
