The brace alignment check does not work on module level
MTC partially supports `package.yml`. This merge request add required by MTC 'diagnostics' position to `package.yml` to improve support of the compiler. Documentation: http://mtc.dynamic.nsn-net.net/v1.5/docs/compiler/cli/package_yml_usage/
changes from upstream: * Repeated last letter of function name (when copying the parameters), * Repeated whitespace before 'runs on', 'system' and 'return' clauses.
