November Five: eslint-config

Our standardized eslint config. This monorepo consists of 4 packages:

@novemberfiveco/eslint-config-next: The Next.js eslint config.
@novemberfiveco/eslint-config-vite: The Vite eslint config.
@novemberfiveco/eslint-config-serverless: The Serverless eslint config.
@novemberfiveco/eslint-config-react-native: The React Native eslint config.
