Expected Behavior
nx and @nx/* on 23.1.1. Patch bump - no code migrations, package.json + lockfile only.
Verified locally on this branch: build pass, typecheck pass, lint pass, test pass, e2e FAIL.
npm cireports the lockfile in sync.npm installhit an ERESOLVE against the stale tree (@nx/eslint@23.1.1optional-peers@nx/jest@23.1.1while the lockfile pinned 23.1.0). Resolved by dropping only thenx/@nx/*lockfile entries and reinstalling, so every non-nx pin stayed frozen.e2e is red on this branch and equally red on
mainat 23.1.0 (sameTypeError: Cannot convert undefined or null to objectin nx's native binding loader) - pre-existing, not caused by this bump.
