feat(cleanlinks): add FAQs comparing Clean Links with Safari ATFP and other URL cleaners

Summary

Add two new FAQ entries to help users understand how Clean Links differs from built-in browser protections and competing solutions:

• Safari ATFP comparison: Explains how Clean Links complements iOS 26's Advanced Tracking & Fingerprinting Protection by working system-wide, following redirects, and handling cross-app scenarios
• URL cleaner comparison: Details advantages over Firefox, Brave, and Link Cleaner including redirect following, QR code scanning, on-device processing, and native Apple integration

Both FAQs include links to detailed comparison blog posts for users who want more information.

Changes

• Added safariAtfp FAQ entry with comparison to Safari's ATFP feature
• Added vsOtherCleaners FAQ entry comparing with Firefox, Brave, and Link Cleaner
• Both FAQs positioned at fix: update redeploy workflow to make it function properly #4 and feat: localize support page #5 for high visibility
• Included inline links to detailed comparison blog posts

Test plan

• Verify FAQs render correctly on the Clean Links homepage
• Check that links to comparison blog posts work
• Ensure FAQ ordering is correct (positions 4 and 5)
• Validate JSON structure is correct
