Freshen up landing page

Current landing page has some problems. The logo is too big, the links are too small, and there's no obvious indication for new members to go besides the somewhat vague "join form". This hopefully fixes that.

I'd almost consider templating this landing page out so that if you're not logged into MeshDB, all you see is the "Click Here!" button and a smaller login link.

Looking at it on a 1080p screen, it's pretty cramped.
