Prepare v0.3.0 for the Claude and Codex desktop diagnostics merged in #10. Update VERSION, date the changelog, and update README installation examples.
Validation passed: 101 tests with 897 assertions, Ruby and shell syntax checks, release archive build, isolated install/uninstall round trip, and Gitleaks. The release tag will follow successful CI on main; Homebrew will use the published archive checksum.
