This updates the Claude and Codex analytics materialized views so sessions without extracted transcript timestamps fall back to the base-table dates instead of being dropped from session_analytics.

It adds regression coverage at the parser, materialized-view, and service layers for missing-timestamp sessions, and keeps the 7-day date-range control case explicit.

The generated ClickHouse migration and snapshot are included in this branch.

Note: the generated migration also carries the existing storage_policy = 's3' setting change for the base session tables.
