As discussed in the previous PR, this moves files describing Markdown content and similar into a
Content/folder (I figured "User Content" was a bit redundant. I've also moved a couple of files fromHow To/.toObsidian UI/, and made some minor edits to a couple of notes.README.mdnow has links to the other notes.
