This was mistakenly removed in ocsigen#516.
Also convert more doc examples to use sequencing operator.

Sure. The manual already mentions the let-operators: Line 456 in f0a4c42 Maybe that's the place to add more details. |
Make the sequencing operator example exactly match the let-operator example in the manual.
