The `merged_file_read_opts` method is in the `Jekyll::Utils` module and takes a `site` argument. Note that this is the same fix as in octopress#65; I just wanted to have a functional version of ink for Jekyll 3.

error occur when using newest version of jekyll (3.1.3) and octopress (3.0.11). Maybe should be merged in a separate 3.x.x branch?!
