[Bug] context has a limit of 1k

Description

you can't go past 1k in context length

Steps to Reproduce

1. Just increase and decrease the context limit and Max Tokens

Expected Behavior

to set the context past 8k

Actual Behavior

can't go past 1k

• App Version: 0.0.110 latest
• Model in use: Ling-3.0-tiny-Q4_K_M.gguf

Additional Context

If you created a new chat and got in chat settings you can go past 1k context and max tokens

Will fix the bug in the next release.

The way to work around it is just load a model, the context limit will immediately grow to whatever the model allows
