Replace the theme gallery preview with the newer desktop screenshot from the theme repo (shmall03/omarchy-castle-on-a-lake-theme@654a89b), resized to the standard 1200px 16:9 webp. Follow-up to omacom-io#17.

Reviewed. Nothing blocking, and the provenance in your description checks out exactly. Running the conversion the page documents — It is also the better image on its own terms. The old one was the bare wallpaper; this is an actual desktop with the bar and a terminal reading "OMARCHY QUATTRO / CASTLE ON A LAKE", which is what the rest of the gallery shows. Same theme — same castle-and-lake painting behind it. The commit touches that one file and nothing else, and no HTML change is needed. Merges cleanly alongside #41 through #47. Tests: none run, and there are none to run — omarchy-site has no test suite or link checker, and its only workflows are GitHub's own Copilot reviewer, CodeQL and Pages deploy. Second opinion from codex at xhigh: it found no defect either. It reached the same byte size and SHA-256 for the new file independently and confirmed the diff contains nothing but that one blob; its independence is not currently guaranteed. The byte-for-byte provenance check above is mine — codex had no network access to fetch the source image. Waiting on the maintainer. Not merged and not approved; that call is theirs. |

The preview image merged in #17 was generated from a screenshot taken before the theme repo's final commit (
654a89b,Rewrite README and add desktop preview), which added the current desktop screenshot (preview.jpg, 1920x1080).This PR replaces
