On the Community page, the following issues are observed:
The navbar is not fixed when scrolling.
The footer is not fixed at the bottom or consistent with other pages.
The dark mode toggle does not apply styles properly on this page, unlike other pages.
Expected Behavior:
Navbar should remain fixed at the top while scrolling.
Footer should remain consistent with site design.
Dark mode toggle should switch the page styles correctly.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open the Community page.
Scroll down – observe the navbar is not fixed.
Toggle dark mode – observe that styles are not applied.
