We don't really need to use reflection to load bootstrap prefixes. Since the instrumentation also uses
CallDepthif the boot classes weren't accessible it would already have failed loadingCallDepth. Reflection was sometimes needed because usingCallDepthmessed with loading ofBootstrapPackagePrefixesHolder.
