does the current BIDS content type assumes that the dataset could use any/all of the extensions?
if not, is it in scope that some/all extensions are added to content-type instance, so that dataset that uses one/multiple of the extensions can be tagged accordingly?
background: we would like to be able to distinguish bids datasets that uses microscopy extensions, as some of our tools are designed to interact with them.
