Sync realtime demo MCP tools (realtime-demo app)

Summary

• configure the realtime demo agent with the same hosted MCP examples used by the Next.js demo
• surface available MCP tools in the UI while keeping the existing transport event log controls
• update dependencies and Vite aliases so the example resolves the workspace agent packages during builds
