Should this be run after make import and before make curate-files ?
We could add the command to the list of instructions above as well to not skip the step by mistake.

I ran it when I got errors with curate-files and/or organize-files.
What I did is to create another digest file for the missing ones, concatenate it to the existing files.txt and re-run everything from the beginning.
