The release workflow created this PR with its workflow token, so no pull-request CI ran on the generated head. Reopening it under the maintainer identity starts the normal required checks without changing its contents.

Independent Codex review passed at 8debc8b with no actionable P0–P2 findings. The diff only restores the empty Unreleased heading.

ClawSweeper review

What this changes

Adds an empty Unreleased section above the published 0.10.0 changelog.

Merge readiness

✅ Ready for maintainer review

This PR remains useful: current main lacks the next Unreleased section, and the change matches the documented release closeout process. No actionable findings or additional merge blockers remain.

Priority: P3

Real behavior Not applicable Not applicable: This bot-authored PR adds only an empty changelog heading; runtime proof is exempt, and no stored-data contract changes.
Evidence reviewed 6 items Exact introduced change: The pinned base-to-head diff adds only the Unreleased heading and a blank line; all published notes remain unchanged.
Documented release process: The contribution guide explicitly says the release workflow opens the next Unreleased changelog PR.
Current main still needs the change: GitHub reports main at the pinned base, whose changelog begins with 0.10.0 rather than Unreleased; this PR remains open and unmerged.

Security None None.

How this fits together

Slacrawl’s changelog records published releases and upcoming changes. Release closeout opens the next section so subsequent release notes have a designated place.

Technical review

Best possible solution:

Keep an empty Unreleased section above the published notes, consistent with the documented release lifecycle.

Do we have a high-confidence way to reproduce the issue?

Not applicable: this is changelog housekeeping, and the complete two-line addition is directly inspectable.

Is this the best way to solve the issue?

Yes: restoring the empty heading is the smallest change that fulfills the documented release closeout process.

Evidence

What I checked:

  • Exact introduced change: The pinned base-to-head diff adds only the Unreleased heading and a blank line; all published notes remain unchanged. (CHANGELOG.md:3, 8debc8b7ea0b)
  • Documented release process: The contribution guide explicitly says the release workflow opens the next Unreleased changelog PR. (CONTRIBUTING.md:70, e2f5738f168c)
  • Current main still needs the change: GitHub reports main at the pinned base, whose changelog begins with 0.10.0 rather than Unreleased; this PR remains open and unmerged. (CHANGELOG.md:3, e2f5738f168c)
  • Published release: GitHub identifies v0.10.0 as the latest release, published on 2026-09-22 at 05:34:23 UTC.
  • Release-area routing: Recent changelog history identifies Peter Steinberger’s release preparation commit. GitHub commit metadata maps that author to steipete; deeper local content-history queries encountered unavailable objects, so no feature-introduction attribution is claimed. (CHANGELOG.md, e2f5738f168c)
  • Maintainer discussion and review continuity: steipete confirmed the unchanged head contains only the empty heading and reopened it to trigger normal CI: chore: open next Unreleased section #253 (comment). The supplied previous review covers the same head and retains no findings or published rank-up moves. (8debc8b7ea0b)

Likely related people:

  • steipete: Suggested for follow-up; no historical authorship or introduction is verified. (role: unverified routing candidate; confidence: low)

Rating scale

Score Internal tier Crab rank Meaning
6/6 S 🦀 challenger crab Exceptional readiness
5/6 A 🦞 diamond lobster Very strong readiness
4/6 B 🐚 platinum hermit Good normal PR; ordinary maintainer review
3/6 C 🦐 gold shrimp Useful, but confidence is limited
2/6 D 🦪 silver shellfish Proof or implementation needs work
1/6 F 🧂 unranked krab Not merge-ready
N/A NA 🌊 off-meta tidepool Rating does not apply

Overall follows the weaker of proof and patch quality.
Shiny media proof means a screenshot, video, or linked artifact directly shows the changed behavior. Runtime, network, CSP, and security claims still need visible diagnostics.

Workflow

  • ClawSweeper keeps one durable marker-backed review comment per issue or PR.
  • Re-runs edit this comment so the latest verdict, findings, and automation markers stay together instead of adding duplicate bot comments.
  • A fresh review can be triggered by eligible @clawsweeper re-review comments, exact-item GitHub events, scheduled/background review runs, or manual workflow dispatch.
  • PR/issue authors and users with repository write access can comment @clawsweeper re-review or @clawsweeper re-run on an open PR or issue to request a fresh review only.
  • Maintainers can also comment @clawsweeper review to request a fresh review only.
  • Fresh-review commands do not start repair, autofix, rebase, CI repair, or automerge.
  • Maintainer-only repair and merge flows require explicit commands such as @clawsweeper autofix, @clawsweeper automerge, @clawsweeper fix ci, or @clawsweeper address review.
  • Maintainers can comment @clawsweeper explain to ask for more context, or @clawsweeper stop to stop active automation.

Merged as 4eeb782 after every required check passed on exact head 8debc8b: https://github.com/openclaw/slacrawl/actions/runs/35691589685. Independent P0–P2 review was scoped-clean, and the merged tree matches the reviewed candidate.

The empty Unreleased section is restored. The published 0.10.0 release body still exactly matches its dated changelog section; no application code or release entries changed. Used the existing organization-admin PR merge permission after all review and CI gates passed.
