Added bash which is replacing all django.core.cache.backends.memcached.MemcachedCache references with django.core.cache.backends.memcached.PyMemcacheCache in the whole project and adding pymemcache.

In order to run this codemod, yoou must need to add pymemcache in base.in and remove old python-memcached from all of the requirements manually and run make upgrade
