As per a model like this, based on calcium?

I ask, not to overcomplicate, but potentially to simplify the process of getting c302 up to the right "dynamic set point" that is needed to reproduce dynamics that we are interested in. Perhaps rather than doing "neurotune" through all the conductances, we instead are defining set points using fewer parameters.
