Investigate ChannelPedia for homologous channels

Because there are relatively few native C. elegans ion channels that have patch clamp recordings in the literature, many channel models will need to be built from homologs in other species. To what extent does ChannelPedia, out of the BlueBrain project, have information on homologous channels relevant for our efforts?

Would be a great beginner project for someone to investigate this!
