Fixes a crash in games that don't ship their own XeFG, I tried in Subnautica 2 with DLSSG input and XeFG output. XeFG inputs hooked the first libxess_fg it found, which in those games is OptiScaler's own copy, so OptiScaler's own XeFG was mistaken for the game's. The low latency input then switched to XeLL passthrough and deinitialized the XeLL its XeFG was still using, crashing on the next present.
OptiScaler's own XeFG module is now skipped when hooking the game's.
