Updates
fux-vtfrom 0.2.0 to 0.4.1 and migrates Ratty to itsSize, feature options, terminal mode, row/window, and RGB APIs. Scrollback remains anchored through output and reflow, and the cursor uses the engine's new in-bounds position while a wrap is pending.Updates the existing tests for cursor position and supported ASCII character-set selection, and handles the engine's non-exhaustive enums in rendering and MCP snapshots.
