Everyone is allowed to create issues in the backlog.
You should create an issue when:
- You encounter a bug in the solution
- You have an idea for a feature further development or improvement
- Have you checked whether an issue already exists for the same problem or idea?
- Have you ensured that it is not caused by a simple mistake or misunderstanding?
If your issue is a bug:
A bug is an error that prevents the solution from delivering what it is supposed to.
Bugs are handled as quickly as possible and released continuously once fixed.
If your issue is a development request for a feature:
Features can be voted on by other municipalities.
They are then reviewed at prioritization meetings in the coordination group (held in February, May, September, and November).
Development is prioritized with in the available budget.
