Agent channel tool registration is now disabled in registerBuiltInTools, so the registry no longer contains the agent_channel_* tools. Update the test to assert they are absent (disjoint) while keeping the external-surface deny-list coverage, and rename it to reflect the disabled-but-denied contract.
