How to install app on WearOS and grand permissions:

• Pair your watch with PC using Wireless ADB (Guildeline (XDA))
• Install app

adb install wear-app-release.apk

• Grand permissions

appops set com.ost.application WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE allow
