Make: Fix package rpm

Release v0.2

• systemd service is now secured (PR #1)
• APT & RPM packages now install the systemd service (931d6e1)
• Tests functions (b388b6b, 0672516)
• Test links file syntax using -test flag (f0730e6)

Bug fixes :

• FRITE can parse tabs or spaces as separation in the links file (ce773d9)
• Links will now load even if cas of an error (31afce3)
