Creating the first version of guides with references for screenshots
Modified the introduction to better explain the different use cases of resource tags, hence highlighting their usefulness.
Separated objective from introduction
Cosmetic and functional edits to the document. Scrapped the manager part as it is not yet available on the control panel. Added screenshots.
