Previous version can never find libmodsecurity, even if correct patch is specified. Fixed it now. Note that line 5 "defaults to /usr/local/modsecurity/" also has been changed to "defaults to /usr/local/modsecurity" (without trailing slash.

Travis CI won't run through, although ./configure and make phase seem all fine. I sincerely ask the maintainers to do some additional checking. Without this patch, there is no way to get the apache connector compiled on my gentoo reference system. |

Fix to actually find libmodsecurity. Never worked before when --with-libmodsecurity=/my/custom/path was specified.
