This gets the image building and adds relevant VSC7448 support:

  • VSC8504 configuration in MAC-to-Cat5 mode
  • Basic VLAN configuration (right now, all rear ports on Minibar can talk to anything; we can fine-tune this later)

This looks mostly fine from a hubris perspective. I will let others review the nitty gritty details of the networking side if they want to stare at Vendor Code.
