[14.0][IMP] oxigen_l10n_es: update 322 tax mappings

Summary

• Add an explicit dependency on l10n_es_extension for the generic SDD tax template.
• Override only the visible name of the generic SDD template with the TRD-TS label.
• Apply the Oxigen 322 tax mapping additions to the new 2025 Modelo 322 map from l10n_es_aeat_mod322_extension.
• Add the temporary test dependency on NuoBiT PR 915 for the 2025 map module.
