Since I want to help this project compile again so that I can help contribute to add compatibility for my mod, GregTech Food Option, and so that the modpack I work on, Supersymmetry, can have fewer bugs.
In this PR, I've updated the buildscripts to https://github.com/GregTechCEu/Buildscripts, I've changed the mappings to the one version I think is still available, and I've applied spotless to improve the formatting (hence the PR size).
This should now compile correctly in development environments.
