This PR adds support for the SPLiTSeq scRNA-Seq technology which currently cannot be specified using the bc:umi:seq technology flag (due to using multiple barcodes interspersed with linkers) or processed with bustools linker (due to this issue). It was tested on SRX3722698 data from the original paper, downloaded from NCBI SRA
