This is a git clone of mod_spdy@1661925 so that mod_pagespeed branch 33 can fetch it using git instead of SVN.

mod_spdy and its mod_pagespeed integration are both deprecated and this repro be removed once mod_pagespeed branch 33 is no longer supported.
