Motivated by finishing off #62435, this PR creates 2 new pytest fixtures
temp_h5_pathandtemp_hdfstoreto have a consistent way to manage IO in pytables tests.The diff is large, but it's mostly variable replacements and un-indenting code with context managers no longer needed
