The tslib package dependency in the parse-react-base package.json file was updated from version 2.3.1 to 2.5.3.
The "@react-native-async-storage/async-storage" dependency in the parse-react-native package has been updated from version 1.15.4 to 1.18.2.
This commit updates the devDependencies in package.json, including "@types/parse", "@types/react", "@types/react-native", "lerna", "parse", "react", and "react-native". The versions have been updated to the latest stable releases.
Since "lerna bootstrap" was deprecated in lerna v7. More information at https://lerna.js.org/docs/legacy-package-management

Update the dependencies from the main package.json and all the modules under /packages.
I also replaced the npm script "lerna bootstrap" for "lerna exec -- npm install" which should do the same since "lerna bootstrap" was deprecated from lerna v7
