Fix the link to the 2.0 upgrade guide
The docs scripts parse the pages with CommonMark, which rendered the frontmatter as a thematic break and a heading. They use the FrontMatterExtension now, the same way as the scripts of the event-sourcing repository.
Keep the frontmatter when formatting the docs

Brings #234 and #235 into 3.0.x. The navigation had a conflict because 3.0.x also lists the 3.0 upgrade guide, both entries are kept with the fixed file name of the 2.0 guide.
With #235
make docskeeps the front matter of the 3.0 upgrade guide now.
